Sperm Aneuploidy Test in Ontario

A sperm aneuploidy test helps identify numerical chromosomal abnormalities in the sperm cells that may affect fertilization, embryo development, or pregnancy outcomes. This type of sperm chromosome test provides deeper genetic insight beyond standard semen analysis and DNA fragmentation and is often recommended in cases of unexplained recurring pregnancy loss. Abnormal levels of sperm aneuploidy are most common in men with extremely low sperm concentration, and low concentration combined with very low motility.
