Preparing for Your Appointment

Before your appointment:

  • Ensure you have a valid requisition form and health card, blue cross or IFH documentation
  • Review all sample collection instructions carefully
  • Abstain from any form of ejaculation for 2–5 days, but no more than 7 days, before you collect your sample on the day of your appointment
