We’re proud to share that Haiyang Chang has been named a recipient of the 2026 SEED Grant from the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS).
At FlowLabs, we’re excited to see Haiyang’s work receive this recognition. The project focuses on using long-read whole-genome sequencing to identify structural variants on the Y chromosome and across the autosomes in male infertility. This work could help improve our understanding of complex genetic factors involved in male infertility and contribute to the development of more comprehensive, non-invasive diagnostic approaches.
This research takes an important step in advancing our understanding of reproductive genetics and translating new scientific findings into potential clinical applications.
